Joshi Hospital Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide a smooth and well-organized experience for all participants of the Phaltan Marathon. By registering for the event, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
Once the registration for the Phaltan Marathon is successfully completed, the participation fee is strictly non-refundable. This applies to all situations including, but not limited to:
- Personal reasons
- Change of plans
- Medical conditions
- Travel or scheduling issues
- Any other unforeseen circumstances
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the Phaltan Marathon is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public safety concerns
the registration fee will not be refunded. However, at our sole discretion, we may offer a credit for a future event or reschedule the marathon.
3. Non-Transferable Registration
Registrations are strictly non-transferable. A registered participant cannot transfer their slot to another person or carry forward the registration to any future event.
4. No Exceptions
No exceptions will be made to this Refund Policy under any circumstances. By completing the registration, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
